Apple cider vinegar, known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made by crushing apples and squeezing out the liquid. ACV has long been used for its many benefits, including cleaning.

Hydrogen peroxide, or H2Ois a clear liquid, a bit stronger than water. It is often used instead of bleach or as a cleaner.

This apple cider vinegar and hydrogen peroxide remedy will kill bacteria and viruses on all your surfaces naturally, keeping the house safe for you and your family.


  • 2 Spray bottles
  • Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 3% concentrationHydrogen peroxide


  • Put 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in a clean spray bottle
  • Put apple cider vinegar in another clean spray bottle
  • Spray infected surfaces first with the Hydrogen Peroxide and follow with the ACV
  • Wipe with a dry cloth
  • The products are not toxic.
  • This can eliminate Salmonella, E. Coli bacteria on contaminated surfaces.
  • They MUST be used together to be more effective. 

    Note: All of these tips call for the 3% concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the percentage typically found at your pharmacy.
